Return Shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed on a Thursdays to the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for processing. Please send your bank confirmation letter to us as proof of your account.
